Information is sent to each individual idd™ device multiple times per day through an FM radio signal. idd™ devices are preprogrammed for a specific service area. It is necessary to select the service area in which the device will be installed when completing an order. The device does not work in all locations. Below is a list of service areas where the device is known to operate. Click on the drop down menu and select an area to view a map indicating working service area.
