Envirotrax® is a state-of-the-art online backflow prevention, customer service inspection (CSI), and fats, oils, and grease (FOG) management system that will optimize workflow efficiency, maximize productivity, and increase your program compliance.
Envirotrax® provides user-friendly online tools for entering backflow test and maintenance reports and performing regular periodic testing of assemblies. From the initial consultation through the duration of the service contract, cities or water purveyors incur NO CHARGES for using the system. A small fee is paid by the Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) when submitting a passing test report.
Water purveyor personnel can access the system through a password-protected account. There are no limits placed on the number of employees who may access the system.
Envirotrax® ensures the validity of all BPAT licenses, insurance policies, and gauge test for accuracy reports. If any credentials expire, testers will be unable to submit test reports. Our advanced letter generation software allows for flexible and customizable creation of up to three renewal letters, and we handle 100% of the letter generation and mailing.
A Customer Service Inspection (CSI) examines private water distribution facilities to approve or deny water service, focusing on identifying and preventing cross-connections, potential contaminant hazards, and illegal lead materials.
Envirotrax® offers the online entry of Customer Service Inspection Certificates at NO CHARGE to cities or water purveyors. A small fee is paid by third-party Customer Service Inspectors for each certificate entered, while certificates entered by city or water purveyor personnel are entered at NO CHARGE.
Our system links any cross-connections found during the inspection with existing test and maintenance reports on backflow assemblies already on file within the system.
FOG, or Fats, Oils, and Grease, are natural by-products of cooking that can solidify and stick to sewer pipes, causing backups or overflows. Regular pumping and inspections of grease and grit traps are necessary to prevent these issues and determine the required frequency of pumping.
Envirotrax® offers a complete system for the online entry, tracking, and reporting of waste removal and disposal through our FOG program. This service is provided at NO CHARGE to cities or water purveyors. A small fee is paid by the transporter for each trip ticket or manifest entered, while inspections performed on grease or grit taps by city or water purveyor personnel are entered at NO CHARGE.
